“Digital Creator Assistant”

Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting in anything needed by Creator/Artist
• Ensuring cast and others are taken care of with water/craft services
• Organizing schedules and logistics
• Checking hair/makeup and other visuals before/during shoots
• Being hyper aware of all production and creative environment to ensure smooth running of shoots
• Familiarize with the shooting script or scenes and assist where appropriate
• Have a basic understanding of on-set etiquette and fill in for roles such as Script Supervisor, Assistant Director when nobody is assigned to those roles
• Coordinate the arrival and needs of other talent/creators who come to work
• Coordinate and support the posting of social media content as requested; replying to comments etc
• Taking care of dog to avoid disruption (must be good with dogs)
• Basic setting/cleaning up of costumes, cameras, lighting, other equipment, food, trash etc.
Required:
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of video shoots / sets and how they work
• Incredible organizational and categorizing skills
• Demonstrate a passion/interest in digital content
• Be local to Valley / Santa Clarita surrounding area with a vehicle/drivers license
• Diligence and initiative – being proactive and seeing what needs to be done before anyone else
• Must be good with sticking to logistics and timelines
• Kindness, empathy, caring and positive attitude
• Basic experience with hair/makeup
• Basic experience working with scripts and on productions
Great to also have:
• Expert makeup or hair
• Experience as an AD or Script Supervisor
• Experience working for other digital creators
• Experience posting and managing social media
